Meet Abhishek Menaria, Assistant Manager, Finance (Renewable Energy), BPCL. A Chartered Accountant, Abhishek joined BPCL in November 2021 and has spent the last few years contributing across both the upstream oil & gas business and renewable energy. Beginning his journey with Bharat PetroResources Limited (BPRL), he worked on treasury, debt financing and international funding before joining BPCL's Renewable Energy Business Unit in 2025. During his journey, Abhishek has contributed to several strategic milestones, including the BPCL Group's first-ever international bond buyback transaction, the successful transition of international loan facilities from LIBOR to SOFR, and the financial evaluation of solar, hydro, hybrid and green hydrogen projects that support BPCL's clean energy ambitions. His journey at BPCL reflects how meaningful growth comes from taking on diverse challenges, embracing new opportunities and continuously learning.
