Truly valuing God's gifts requires appreciating things for themselves, for their own intrinsic goodness and benefit, not in how they might compare to others. For in doing the latter, we in fact close our hearts and eyes to truly appreciating what is most valuable to us. 🙏🏼Prayer🙏🏼 In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, I pray to thank thee for thy mercy and love, for giving me life. Hey Friends can I be vulnerable with you, I have avoided this heartbreaking story the last couple days but Mental health is such an important topic, I didn’t get to personally speak with Dan but this shatters my heart, why because I know. Several years ago when I was young and drank a lot, after my first divorce, I wasn’t in a good state, as a person who suffers through anxiety, depression, ptsd. I tried to end my life on two occasions, luckily by Grace of God I failed. But it’s always there, that little voice is always speaking to you, I heard it yesterday. I like to share this video I made during the start of my last major panick attack, they are real, mental health is real, I ache for all those who suffer from it. The old saying “ you never know what a person is going through so be kind. Is so TRUE 🙏. I have found writing lyrics for music and being creative really helps me, and entertaining and helping others is what helps me. But it use to be so easy to drown the Pain away. But with consistent therapy, right medication and discovering myself and understanding the traumas there is opportunity for growth n healing. I pray for those who are hurting. My heart cries for his wife and family. Whether you want to hear it. The best medicine is named JESUS
