Israel built this 7-layered wall costing billions of dollars on its border with Gaza, turning it into the largest open prison in the world 👇 Sorry for the typo, Egypt built this on its border with Gaza.

Most money is trapped in government controlled plans. So even upon death heirs have to eventually pay taxes. Now why would the government do this along with Wall Street? 🤔 Think of assets outside these plans like a different chassis you can build. A different structure. To your example, if it was in accounts you can loan against and the person dies, then the loan is still there until settled. Heirs get a step-up in basis and can pay it off, refinance it, etc. Now, imagine you’re 80yo having 2M in cash value life insurance with 1.2M in tax free loans used during retirement. Upon death there would be a much higher death benefit (say 4M) and the insurance company would pay the 1.2M loan from the death benefit and the heirs would get ~2.8M tax free (much higher than the nut). Instead, people listen to mainstream folks and are trapped in these retirement vehicles that get taxed at the max rates (ordinary income levels), and don’t shield heirs from taxes. A Roth is likely the best option on this mainstream chassis, but lots of money is in traditional accounts. Even Roths are under fire now by States looking for tax revenue. This is why I created Bankonomics… from stuff I learned 10 years ago to slowly change. I used to have these retirement accounts too.

Build a wall around India and ground all outgoing flights to keep them in.
My cousin’s daughter lives on Vancouver Island and rented a room to 2 Indian men. A few weeks ago she came home early from work and found them filming themselves raping a drugged 14 year old girl.

🚨WSJ: SAYLOR’S STRATEGY IS TRAPPED BY ITS OWN BROKEN BITCOIN MATH! The Wall Street Journal says Strategy’s custom mNAV metric, comparing its market value to the net asset value of its Bitcoin holdings, turned its overvalued stock into a tool to buy more $BTC. That strategy worked while the premium lasted, but now it’s backfiring amid market pullbacks, recent sales, and shifting investor sentiment.

Dissociative derealization: I am a ghost trapped in Thaumas’ translucent water-wall. I’m a floating apprehensive apparition, locked inside nous. Mini ghosts roll on the moonlit foam, crawling onto the beach from deep. That is where I find the wistful whisper-wisp of my ontology.

As Chinese officials say, "Houses are for living, not for speculation". But Wall Street sees real estate as a speculative asset to get rich. So when housing becomes more affordable for average working people, US investors complain the "gains" (for rich landlords) were erased.
China's Real Estate Market has erased all gains from the last 20 years
