They should have offered the Nimbies Parkway stations near Brackley, Aylesbury & Amersham with a junction at Ruislip so that Javelin services could run to Marylebone instead of tunnels. Thanks to the cancellation of it due to cost of tunnels, plenty of spare paths for Javelins.

Always thought that way to buy off nimbys was to build parkway stations at Brackley, Aylesbury & just north of Amersham, along with a junction at West Ruislip and run Javelins to Marylebone. Would have cost a fraction of the tunnels cost and with eastern leg gone plenty of paths
