🚨 Three skinheads brutally attacked an Asian man and two Marines at Oceanside Pier while shouting racial slurs.
The attackers first approached a 21-year-old Asian-American man and his wife. They said, “We’re skinheads,” then slammed his head into a concrete wall multiple times before punching, kicking, and stomping him on the beach. He suffered a concussion and severe memory loss for weeks. His wife heard the blows from 20 yards away. He believed they were trying to kill him.
The group then attacked two off-duty Marines from Camp Pendleton. They shouted racial slurs, including calling one Marine an “N-word lover.” The Marines tried to de-escalate, but were still assaulted. One Marine knocked a suspect unconscious.
The three attackers — Austin Yohe, Johnny Lane, and Daniel Burns have documented white supremacist ties, including 1488 symbols, Nazi salute videos, a “skinhead” tattoo, and membership in a known white supremacist gang.
Federal authorities are now pursuing hate crime charges.
