CHARLIE KIRK MURDER CASE RETURNS TO COURT The preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, the man accused of assassinating Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, begins today in Utah. Prosecutors are expected to present evidence they say links Robinson to the September 10, 2025, shooting, including surveillance footage, forensic evidence, digital communications, and an alleged note stating: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I’m going to take it.” Robinson is also accused of telling others he was "sick" of Kirk's "hate." Charlie Kirk's widow, @MrsErikaKirk, along with his parents and sister, are expected to attend the hearing. Ahead of the proceedings, the family released a statement: “Charlie was a beloved husband, son, brother, friend, and father. Every court proceeding serves as a painful reminder of his death and the loss that has irrevocably impacted our lives and the lives of his children.” The five-day hearing will determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to move the case to trial. If convicted, Robinson could face the death penalty.

The "smoking gun" as it were, is the fact they dug up all the grass and paved over the immediate area days after, even having contractors work on a Sunday...in Utah. HEMD leaves residue and it would have been easily tested and found in that grass, which is why it had to go.

Utah is a special place. Under normal circumstances I’d think it was charming, but unfortunately we’re in an existential fight against the commies for the future of the country at the moment.

🚨 BREAKING: Justice for Charlie Kirk — Accused Assassin Tyler Robinson Faces Kirk Family in Utah Courtroom Today The first major public showdown in the case. For the first time since the assassination, Charlie Kirk's parents and widow Erika will sit across the aisle from Tyler Robinson, the 23-year-old charged with gunning down the conservative leader at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025. Prosecutors are laying out their case in this multi-day preliminary hearing to show probable cause for trial, and it's stacked: - Robinson allegedly admitted to shooting Kirk to his romantic partner, a group chat, and a family friend. - DNA linking him to the murder weapon and ammunition. - Testimony from investigators, autopsy results, ballistic reports, and videos from before, during, and after the killing. - A note vowing to "take out" Kirk and texts expressing hatred for his views. The Kirk family statement hits hard: Charlie was a beloved husband, son, father, friend, and brother. Every court date is a painful reminder of that loss for his kids and loved ones. Robinson's team didn't waive the hearing, they're forcing the state to show its hand. If the judge finds probable cause (and it looks overwhelming), he'll bind it over for full trial and arraignment where a plea comes in. Death penalty is still on the table. This was a politically motivated assassination of one of the strongest voices for America First values. Kirk was taken out in front of a crowd while fighting the good fight. No excuses. The evidence seems damning, and the family deserves full transparency and accountability. Prayers for the Kirk family as they face the man accused of tearing their world apart.

VPN bans are becoming a reality. It is not just in the EU. Utah, a state in the USA, has also passed a law banning VPNs. All governments are determined to take away our freedom
🚨🇪🇺BREAKING: The EU has announced that every citizen will soon require a digital passport to access the internet. They have explicitly stated that "The new verification system cannot be bypassed via VPN." They will have complete control over everything you do online

I helped debug early C compilers from the first I got on magtape from Jay Lepreau at Utah, the Portable C Compiler port to my university’s beloved DEC 36-bit mini. Yes, we had to read asm until bug count way below the hallucination rate of an LLM. Probabilistic genAI != Compiler.
i dont _fully_ agree with this BUT i do generally trust codex with rust (shout out rust compiler and tooling). i do tend to treat ai code gen ai code review sort of like a compiler (although i still read every diff and review all the code, i also do this for C / assembly i write personally much of the time as well) and imagine this to increasingly be the case in the future. that said, i _still_ do not trust this process for c or typescript (for very different reasons) and python code tends to be a mess no matter who writes it so its treated as an exception

Utah: The only red state with universal vote-by-mail. No ID required when dropping them off; only signature matching. With mail ballots outnumbering in-person votes 10-to-1, these ballots act as a blank check for election officials who “oversee” our elections. @LGHendersonUtah
355 days Since the DOJ requested Utah’s full, unredacted voter rolls. None of this requested data shows how a person voted. All this data is already provided to the govt - this request is the only way to verify the accuracy of our voter registration list aka voter rolls.

Justin, you asked for examples, then immediately decided I “meant the gays.” That’s not what I wrote. I never advocated and do not advocate changing doctrine or temple ordinances. I was talking about fellowship, resisting ideological gatekeeping, and recognizing that the Church is becoming a worldwide Church rather than one defined by Utah or American culture. Some of the examples I had in mind were the political factions that increasingly divide faithful Latter-day Saints, as though our political identities matter more than our shared covenants. To be clear, I absolutely support teaching the restored gospel and the doctrines of the Church to our youth. I have a gay brother and a gay brother-in-law whom I love dearly. I grieve that they are not participating in the covenants and blessings the Church teaches are available through the temple. Loving people and sustaining Church doctrine are not mutually exclusive. If you’re going to critique my position, please critique the one I actually expressed not the one you inferred.

Which one you referring to? Ohio? Iowa? Utah? Maybe you can delete Ohio, since it’s 3 letters, one being used a second time.
