The Rosary is such a beautiful gift from our Lady to us and I won't stop telling everyone how important it is to pray the Rosary. How important it is to just abandon ourselves in the hands of Mary. You can do yoga as an exercise. I checked with several priests and USCCB. My wife does yoga and says her rosary, then does the various poses as an exercise. It's great to strengthen your core and balance. I agree to stay away if it drifts into Hinduism.
