Not at all cases but in special cases you do need to inspect assembly. And you can do that with ai tools. But that means reading the code, asking how many instructions is this calling, whether we can reduce branch misses if we try a different approach, and depending on the underlying machine: how much gas or how many cycles does this line cost etc. And no you don’t need to be able to read assembly like a cypher. you do need to co-read it with an ai and try to understand what the compiler is doing.
