I really want to see this movie! I grew up around German Shepherds — my parents did police dog training with them. They still have three right now, including one they adopted who’s a retired police dog 🐕
I used to volunteer putting together first aid kits for police dogs, and every year there’s a special fundraiser where you donate and get one of these cute plush police dogs. Each one comes with a tag that tells the real story of an actual K9 hero.
Such a cool connection to the film!
Also Brad Pitt is looking older but still in great shape 👍

Members attached to the #SAPS Soweto K9 Unit seized a large quantity of medication during a drug raid conducted in Zola 3, Soweto, on Thursday, 11 June 2026.
The operation was carried out following information received regarding alleged drug dealing activities at a residence in the area. Upon arrival, the suspect reportedly released vicious dogs and fled the scene.
Police members subsequently gained access to the premises and conducted a search. During the operation, various medicines suspected to have been intended for illegal distribution were found abandoned and seized. The recovered items included boxes and bottles of Stillpain syrup, Painagon syrup, Astrapain syrup, Broncleer syrup, Phenorant syrup, as well as containers of Mylan tablets. No arrests have been made at this stage. Police are searching for the suspect, and investigations are continuing. ST #FightingCrime
