Who remembers this? If the answer is “not me,” you’re not alone. Funny how Reform dominates the headlines, while stories like this about the governing party disappear almost overnight. Why is that?

Climate Change Blamed in Heat Waves: Science or Simulation? As Europe and much of North America endured record heat, headlines quickly appeared claiming that the heat wave was "virtually impossible" without human-caused climate change. Really? $ONDS: 7 Months, 38 Press Releases What Actually Happened On the Ground (Dec 18, 2025 → Jul 6, 2026) Forget the share price chart for a minute. Strip away the noise and look purely at operational cadence, what did Ondas actually do between December 18, 2025 and today. The answer: an extraordinary amount. Ten acquisitions/JVs, a $1B capital raise, two upward guidance revisions, and a near-constant drumbeat of contract wins across four continents. 🔷 Acquisitions & Mergers (11 events) The core engine of the "Core Strategic" growth story. Ondas has not gone more than roughly three weeks without an acquisition, merger, or JV announcement since February. Jun 18, 2026: To acquire Cyberhawk, expanding into critical infrastructure intelligence through software, data and AI. May 18, 2026: To acquire Omnisys, adding battle-proven battlefield orchestration software across autonomous defense systems. Apr 24, 2026: Completes merger of U.S. defense prime contractor Mistral, bringing programs in excess of $1 billion and expanding direct prime participation across U.S. Department of War programs. Apr 1, 2026: Completes acquisition of World View Enterprises, establishing a persistent, AI-enabled multi-domain ISR platform across stratosphere, air, and ground. Mar 23, 2026: Announces agreement to acquire World View, building on shared vision for a multi-domain, interconnected intelligence platform. Mar 18, 2026: Ondas and Heidelberg establish ONBERG Autonomous Systems joint venture to advance the European drone defense industry. Mar 17, 2026: Acquires INDO Earth Moving Ltd. following its $140 million strategic procurement tender award for military heavy engineering platforms. Mar 16, 2026 — Completes acquisition of Rotron Aerospace Ltd., expanding long-range propulsion technologies for unmanned defense systems. Mar 11, 2026: Acquires BIRD Aerosystems, expanding airborne missile protection and ISR capabilities. Mar 9, 2026: Reaches merger agreement with U.S. defense prime contractor Mistral Inc., expanding direct prime participation across DoD programs. Feb 2, 2026: To acquire Rotron Aero, expanding long-range attack capabilities and unmanned vehicle technologies. Read on this: March 2026 alone saw five separate acquisition/JV events (Mistral agreement, BIRD Aerosystems, Rotron close, INDO Earth Moving, ONBERG JV) inside a single month. That is an extremely aggressive integration cadence for a company simultaneously trying to run existing operations — worth watching for integration strain even as the strategic logic of each deal looks sound individually. 🔷 Fund Raises & Capital / Strategic Investments (2 events) Mar 2, 2026: Announces $10 million strategic investment in World View and signs partnership agreement to accelerate multi-domain ISR solutions (the precursor to the full acquisition three weeks later). Jan 9, 2026: Successfully prices $1 billion stock and warrant sale above market price. Read on this: The January $1B raise is the single largest capital event in the window and is the direct source of the warrant liability now sitting on the balance sheet (see our Q1 FY26 earnings breakdown for the dilution math). Pricing "above market" is a genuine positive signal on demand for the stock at the time but the deal's warrant structure is exactly what's driving the noncash earnings volatility investors are now having to underwrite every quarter. 🔷 Guidance Raises (2 events) May 14, 2026: Reports record Q1 2026 financial results; raises full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $390 million. Jan 16, 2026: Hosts OAS Investor Day; ups 2026 revenue target to $170–180 million. Read on this: The full-year revenue target has now been raised from an initial $175M framing in January to $390M by mid-May more than doubling within four months, largely on the back of the acquisition program (World View, Mistral, and others) layering in new revenue streams rather than organic re-rating alone. Strong signal on momentum; also a reminder that this specific guidance trajectory is heavily M&A-dependent, not purely organic. 🔷 Contracts & Orders (17 events) The steadiest category a near-monthly cadence of new business wins across counter-drone, demining, ISR, and border security programs. Jun 22, 2026: Secures over $40 million in new orders for autonomous defense systems as demand for loitering munition systems accelerates in Europe and the U.S. Jun 2, 2026: World View selected as stratospheric high-altitude balloon provider for the U.S. Navy SOUTHCOM Maritime Domain Awareness Program. May 29, 2026: Secures over $30 million in new orders in May, bringing Q2-to-date orders to $110 million across its defense, security, and autonomous technology platform. Apr 20, 2026: Receives $10 million initial order, part of a $50 million award, to launch a large-scale border demining program along Israel's eastern border. Apr 13, 2026: Receives initial ~$68 million order under the $140 million strategic military engineering program. Apr 7, 2026: Selected to deploy counter-drone protection for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Apr 6, 2026: 4M Defense wins competitive tender for a large-scale border demining program, opportunity expected to exceed $50 million. Mar 10, 2026: Receives $15.8 million initial order, part of the $30 million demining program secured by 4M Defense in Israel. Mar 6, 2026: Receives new orders for counter-drone systems from current customers in the Middle East as regional drone threats escalate. Mar 4, 2026: Receives $20 million initial purchase order as prime contractor under a strategic national autonomous border protection program. Feb 17, 2026: Sentrycs secures German state police contract to enhance airspace protection. Feb 13, 2026: Secures new multi-million-dollar European order for Iron Drone Raider following successful deployment at a major international airport. Feb 9, 2026: 4M Defense secures $30 million multi-year demining program in Israel. Feb 3, 2026: Secures strategic defense contract in Asia-Pacific as part of global expansion. Dec 31, 2025: Secures $10 million in new autonomous systems orders as global demand for multi-domain defense solutions accelerates. Read on this: Note the tranching pattern several of the largest headline numbers (the $140M engineering program, the $50M border demining awards) get announced once as a total tender win, then again as each initial purchase order/tranche lands ($68M against the $140M; $10M and $15.8M against the two demining awards). That's normal in defense contracting, but investors reading headlines in isolation should be careful not to double-count the same underlying award as multiple separate wins when estimating incremental backlog. 🔷 Partnerships, Platform Launches & Operational Milestones (8 events) Jun 23, 2026: Sentrycs announces collaboration to integrate its Cyber-over-RF technology into Lockheed Martin's Sanctum™ C-UAS platform. Jun 16, 2026: Launches new autonomous defense Systems of Systems at Eurosatory 2026 under its "Autonomy at First Contact" vision. Apr 15, 2026: Ondas and Heidelberg officially launch the ONBERG Autonomous Systems joint venture with a live demonstration event in Germany. Mar 12, 2026: Palantir partners with Ondas and World View to advance a next-generation multi-domain intelligence platform (the origin of "Sky Weaver"). Jan 30, 2026: To launch defense and security offering at Singapore Airshow 2026. Jan 28, 2026: American Robotics' Optimus drone approved for rapid federal procurement via the DCMA Blue UAS Cleared List. Jan 27, 2026: Ondas Capital to host a UXS Showcase with Baltic Ghost Wing in Tallinn, focused on operationally proven unmanned systems. Dec 18, 2025: 4M Defense and Safe Pro Group complete a Middle East pilot program demonstrating AI-powered hazard identification for demining. Read on this: The Lockheed Martin integration (Sentrycs into Sanctum) and the Blue UAS clearance for Optimus are the two most commercially significant items in this bucket both are third-party validations that open procurement doors Ondas can't open on its own credibility alone. The Pattern, Zoomed Out Sequence the whole seven months and a clear operating rhythm emerges: Dec–Jan: Small order wins, capital raised ($1B), first guidance raise ($170–180M). Feb: Contract wins accelerate (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Israel), first acquisition (Rotron Aero) announced. Mar: The acquisition floodgates open five separate M&A/JV events in one month, plus the Palantir partnership and the $140M INDO Earth Moving tender. Apr: Acquisitions close (World View, Mistral, ONBERG launch), contract wins continue landing (FIFA World Cup, border programs), tranches against Q1 awards start flowing. May: Q1 earnings, second guidance raise to $390M, another acquisition (Omnisys), continued order flow. Jun: Order momentum accelerating further ($40M in a single release), Eurosatory platform launch, Lockheed Martin integration. Operationally, this is about as active as a small-cap defense company can be. The acquisition pace alone roughly one M&A/JV event every three weeks for five straight months is genuinely rare. Combined with the order-flow cadence, the operational case for the business is not in serious dispute. The open question, as covered in our Q1 FY26 earnings breakdown, is whether this pace of activity is converting into per-share value fast enough to outrun the capital structure funding it. That's a separate question from execution and on pure execution, the last seven months speak for themselves. $ONDS

Not a day goes by without seeing sensational headlines on rising cancer rates!! Yet radio silence when it comes to the mRNA shots. No mention of the 17 different mechanisms by which these shots can trigger cancer. No mention of the 138 000 excess US cancer deaths since the rollout, particularly in young people. Nor the Italian/Korean studies of 8.7 million showing higher cancer rates in the vaccinated. If it weren’t for people like Nic Hulscher and independent media we would never know the truth.

Hannah Ellis Petersen knows someone very influential in the MEA for being able to publish this type of “catchy ” headlines. If she pulled this stunt in USA, a very significant defamation suit would have landed to the Guardian doors and they would have kicked Hannah like a fly out of a milk to settle the lawsuit.

Let’s talk about the wildest piece of geopolitical theater we have seen in years. July 4th, 2026. America’s 250th Independence Day. Washington wanted a massive, self-congratulatory birthday bash. They wanted fireworks, parades, and politicians selling the illusion of an unbreakable American empire. But the real show of strength was not in Washington. It was in Tehran. Back in February, a US-Israeli airstrike killed Iran’s Supreme Leader. Washington probably expected the country to crumble. Instead, Tehran did something brilliant. They put the state funeral on ice for 131 days. They waited. And then, they dropped a massive, multi-day mourning procession right on top of America's 250th anniversary. Make no mistake. This was not a scheduling accident. It was a calculated hijack of America's biggest historic milestone. Here is why this move made the US empire look incredibly hollow: **The Split-Screen Effect** The US wanted the global headlines to focus purely on their hegemony. Iran forced the world into a split-screen. On one side, you had predictable American parades. On the other, a sea of millions of Iranians in black. Completely unbowed. Iran hijacked the news cycle to prove a point. You can drop bombs, but you do not dictate our reality. It completely ruined Washington's PR victory lap. **The Regional Flex** Then comes the ultimate power move. Iran is not just holding this funeral in Tehran. They are marching the procession straight through Iraq, stopping at the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala. Think about the sheer humiliation here for the Pentagon. The US spent two decades and trillions of dollars trying to forcefully control Iraq. Yet Iran can casually march a state funeral across the border, welcomed by massive crowds. It proves that Iranian regional influence is organic. It is infinitely deeper than any American military base. **Weaponizing Grief** The timing is also politically lethal. Right now, Washington is desperate to squeeze concessions out of Tehran in the ongoing peace talks. So, what does Iran do? They put millions of grieving, angry citizens on the streets exactly on July 4th. They showed American negotiators an unbreakable ideological wall. They gained massive diplomatic leverage by proving they will not negotiate from a place of weakness. You can build all the aircraft carriers you want. You can print billions of dollars. But you cannot defeat a nation that knows exactly how to weaponize its own grief. America threw a party to celebrate its past. Iran used the exact same day to show the world who actually controls the Middle East.
