A Powerful Legal Observation Jim Walden described the Adani prosecution as more of a jurisdictional exercise than a serious criminal case. His reasoning is simple. No investor losses. Indian authorities found no misconduct. The alleged conduct was overwhelmingly outside the United States. That is why he believes American courts should respect the jurisdiction of allied nations.

Malcolm Roberts is the best evidence I have seen that the Dunning Kruger principle is alive and thriving …. Remembering this is the man who got a seat in our Senate with 77 votes … Anthony Albanese wasn’t even Prime Minister when Covid was around. That’s hilarious. It’s a bit of a redundant exercise as a political leader to try and kill off all of the people voting for you and who generate tax income for you. I don’t really know what the point of that would be….. Or why you would try and do it with vaccines if you wanted to take out your population there’s a lot quicker ways to do it…. This guy is a flog

Field medical leaders are not short on requests. The challenge is never effort. It is the absence of a framework to decide what actually deserves it. In this webinar, Linda Traylor draws on nearly three decades in Medical Affairs and experience working with more than 100 field medical teams to walk MSL Directors, Regional Medical Directors, and Heads of Field Medical through the leadership shift from reactive to strategic. The session covers a lot of practical ground that rarely gets addressed directly in field medical leadership development: ✔️ A four-question filter for evaluating every incoming ask before committing your team's capacity ✔️ How to use capacity modeling as a communication tool with leadership, not just a planning exercise ✔️ The curiosity mindset and why it changes how field leaders prioritize ✔️ The MedImpact model for connecting individual MSL execution to organizational strategy If your team is absorbing more than it is advancing, this session was built for you. The worst & dumbist part of this whole exercise in futility is we all learned how fucking corrupt & incompetent @massgop truly is. @CarnevaleMHD is a lobbyist money hack. How the fuck do you give multiple candidates a corrupt and intentional fruadulent signature drive? You mother-fuckers made a lot of money from uninspriring and corporate clown @mikeminoguema When he loses, at least your crony friends got paid. I'm writing in my dog. Told the wife & kids to not bother, including my neighbors. You corrupt & slovenly pieces of shit.
OPINION: @massgop candidate Mike Minogue has spent nearly $8 million since running for office and has $9 million on hand. My guess is the MA GOP will milk him for about $15 million to beat Brian Shortsleeve (which he will) and then another $10-20 million to lose agains Healey. The money spent is a complete waste for a primary. A University of New Hampshire poll conducted in April had Healey beating Minogue 52% to 32% with 16% undecided. A UNH poll conduced in June had Healey beating @mikeminoguema 51% to 32%. $8 million spend and Minogue is beating @ShortsleeveMA 46% to 15% among Mass GOP voters in the June UNH poll but is has done very little to catch up to Healey. He's stuck at 32% and Healey has barely spent any money and Boston media hasn't sunk their teeth into Minogue just yet. The Mass GOP and their army of consultants milked Chris Doughty 4 years earlier and now they are milking Minogue this year. Doughty only spent a few million of his personal income and Minogue will likely spend some $20 million to lose by 15-20 points to Healey come November. It's a shame because when Healey wins and the two ballot questions pass (same day voter registration/voting and no-party primary) Massachusetts will never see another chance to have a Republican governor. Healey was and is still very beatable, but not with the current Mass GOP leadership and consultants leading the fight.

2. "Blood Transfusions" of Brain Benefits •The Study: Recent research injected extracellular vesicles (small packages of fats, proteins, and genetic material) from exercising mice into sedentary mice. •Why it's cool: The sedentary mice experienced up to a 50% increase in new brain cell growth in their hippocampi without ever exercising. This proved exercise releases specific systemic molecules into the blood that actively remodel the brain. 3/11 🧵 Studies instagram.com/reel/DS3c96yEu…

There is no such thing as an overnight transformation. only the persistence that accumulates day by day. Exercise, get to bed early, drink plenty of water, and keep your spirits up; slowly but surely, shape your life into the one you love. 🌿

Bloody Christmas in Cyprus-Turkish Civilian Massacre By Greeks Forces Documented massacres against Turkish Cypriots include the 1963 Bloody Christmas attacks, the 1974 Maratha–Santalaris–Aloda massacre, the Tochni killings, and mass graves in Taşkent, all verified by UN reports; Türkiye, as a legal guarantor, had to intervene. Approximately 25,000 Turkish Cypriots from 104 villages, amounting to a quarter of the Turkish Cypriot population, fled their villages and were displaced into enclaves. Thousands of Turkish Cypriot houses left behind were ransacked or completely destroyed. Accordingly, the Greek court characterised Türkiye's 1974 action not as an invasion, but as a lawful intervention. Moreover, the Council of Europe, in its Resolution 573 of 29 July 1974, explicitly condemned the Greek coup and acknowledged that Türkiye's intervention was a legitimate right derived from Article IV of the 1960 Treaty of Guarantee: Article 2: Condemning the coup d’état carried out in Cyprus by officers owing allegiance to the Greek military dictatorship; Article 3: Regretting the failure of the attempt to reach a diplomatic settlement which led the Turkish Government to exercise its right of intervention in accordance with Article 4 of the Treaty of Guarantee of 1960. Conclusion: The Council of Europe condemned Greece and recognised the legal basis of Türkiye's intervention. The Athens Court of Appeal, in its judgment of 21 March 1979 (Case No. 2658/79), explicitly stated that "the Turkish intervention in Cyprus was legal and the real responsibles were Greek officers." 1974 was not an "illegal invasion." It was a legitimate intervention defined by international law, judicial rulings, and binding treaties.

They shouldn’t HAVE to hide their faces, but that is the world we live in. We should be working to secure a world in which they can freely exercise their rights to expression and assembly, a world where the government doesnt have the right to infiltrate political organizations

Here’s a fun thought exercise for you: Open up a voice chat with Grok and ask it the most difficult, uncomfortable questions you have about whatever religion you follow. Don’t ask easy stuff. Ask the questions that actually bother you. The ones you usually avoid thinking about. See what happens. Some of you are gonna be real quiet after that conversation…
