These are the officials of the Islamic Republic who stormed the U.S. Embassy in Tehran in 1979 and took 52 American diplomats and staff hostage for 444 days. I grew up in their system. From the age of seven, we were forced to chant “Death to America.” We were made to burn the American flag. As schoolgirls, we were coached, controlled, and traumatized. I never forgot that fear, that is why in 2020, I started my investigative report to expose the luxury lives of the children of the same hostage takers in America. Breaking: Iran’s Regime Moves to Execute a Female Protester Bita Hemmati, a young Iranian woman, is reportedly at imminent risk of execution by hanging alongside her husband. She was arrested after taking part in the nationwide anti-regime protests in January, part of a wave of demonstrations demanding freedom and basic rights. According to reports, Bita Hemmati is being held in Evin Prison in Tehran, a place long associated with political prisoners, torture, and forced confessions. Like many others, she has been denied due process and access to a fair trial. Her “crime” is demanding FREEDOM. In just one week, at least 11 men have already been executed. Now, the regime is turning its machinery of death toward women. Hundreds of women are currently imprisoned. Many are under torture. Many are facing long sentences. And now, execution. As someone who first exposed the luxury lifestyle of the son of Masoumeh Ebtekar known as the spokeswoman for the 1979 U.S. Embassy hostage-takers, (as you seen this video made in 2021) I welcome the decision by @SecRubio to remove members of her family from the United States. I’m glad that finally my voice, and the voice of millions of Iranians, has been heard here in the United States. You can’t cheer for hostage-takers and then apply for U.S. protection. That’s not asylum, that’s hypocrisy with a visa. Today, Seyed Eissa Hashemi, Maryam Tahmasebi are in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, pending removal. Masoumeh Ebtekar, the spokeswoman for the 1979 U.S. Embassy hostage-takers, once defended violence against American hostages. When confronted with my investigation into her son’s luxury life in Los Angeles, she dismissed it with nervous laughter, claiming he was “just another student” and intended to return to Iran. That claim is misleading. He remained in the United States, benefited from its freedoms, and represents a broader pattern that must be addressed. There is a clear distinction between: the children of regime insiders who benefit from privilege while maintaining ties to power, and Iranian students and professionals who have fled repression and are themselves victims of that regime. I previously created a list of the relative of Islamic Republic officials living in America and urged the Biden administration to investigate these networks, just as it did with associates of Vladimir Putin. That action was not taken. This decision is an important step toward accountability. The United States must continue to protect victims while ensuring that those connected to repressive systems are held to proper scrutiny.

در روزهای آبان خونین، قبل از کشتار در انقلاب «زن، زندگی، آزادی» و قبل از قتل‌عام بیش از چهل هزار معترض بی‌گناه کار تحقیق در مورد زندگی مرفه آقازاده‌ها در آمریکا را آغاز کردم از جمله برای نخستین بار خانه «لاکچری» فرزند معصومه ابتکار را در لس‌انجلس افشا کردم که با واکنش خود ابتکار هم مواجه شد. در همین توییتر و اینستاگرام، روایت رفاهِ برآمده از رانت را به تصویر کشیدم و بر اساس اصول حرفه‌ای و قوانین آمریکا به فرزندان مسولان نظام فرصت پاسخگویی دادم، که البته آنها حتی یک کلمه در محکومیت جنایت‌هایی که به نام پدران و مادران‌شان رقم خورده نگفتند اما در سوی دیگر ماجرا، بسیاری مرا سرزنش کردند و زخم زدند؛ که چرا فرزندان را به جرم جنایت‌های پدران و مادران‌شان بازخواست می‌کنی! اما آن‌چه من خواستم، مجازات نبود، پاسخگویی بود، شفاف‌سازی بود، حساب‌کشی از بهره‌مندی بود و‌ در نهایت شرمسار کردن حاکمانی که زنان را به جرم نشان دادن دو‌ تار مو‌کشتند و بستگان‌شان را به غرب فرستادند تا آزادی پوشش لذت ببرند. حاکمانی که مردان را به جرم اعتراض به دار آویختند اما فرزندان شان در آمریکا حق اعتراض دارند ولی به جاب اعتراض به قتل یک ملت حامی خانواده‌های قاتل خود هستند. به همین دلیل کوتاه نیامدم، شماره‌های‌شان را پیدا کردم، تماس گرفتم، و پرسیدم: آیا از ثروتی که از سفره مردم ربوده شده، ارتزاق می‌کنید یا نه؟ پسر جواد ظریف، تا زمان تهیه همین گزارش تحقیقی‌ام در صدای آمریکا شغلی نداشت، پس این زیستِ مرفه از کدام منبع تغذیه می‌شد؟ از پول دزدیده شده از جیب کارگران و معلمان و کودکان کار؟ بسیاری از آقازاده‌ها، همچون بستگان قاسم سلیمانی، بدون ترس چندین بار به ایران برگشتند و‌ باز هم در ستایش همان رژیم جنایتکار در شبکه‌های اجتماعی‌شان نوشتند. بارها در مصاحبه با رسانه‌ها اعلام کردم که لیستی از بستگان مقامات جمهوری اسلامی را در اختیار دولت‌های مختلف آمریکا قرار داده‌ام. حالا که این روزها بحث اخراج آقازاده‌ها داغ شده و دوباره به چندین رسانه در آمریکا دعوت شدم، اینبار از همان تریبون‌ها استفاده کرده و خواهم کرد تا ضمن پررنگ‌تر کردن دورویی و ریاکاری مسئولان نظام که فرزندان‌شان را به غرب صادر می‌کنند و اصرار بر روشن شدن حقایق و‌اخراج حامیان قتل و ترور از خاک آمریکا، خواستار توجه ویژه به وضعیت دانشجویان و مهاجران قانونی در خاک آمریکا شوم که قربانی سیاست‌های سخت‌گیرانه مهاجرتی نشوند. این وظیفه همه ماست.
